What you will do
- Master RTL synthesis techniques while optimizing designs for timing, area, and power efficiency.
- Implement and validate DFT solutions using industry-standard tools, ensuring robust test coverage through advanced methodologies.
- Foster collaboration with physical design specialists to create seamless RTL-to-GDS integration pathways.
- Leverage expertise with Cadence, Synopsys, or Tessent toolsets to solve complex design challenges.
- Build relationships with stakeholders while contributing to our continuous improvement culture through documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ASIC front-end design with deep understanding of RTL-to-GDS workflows.
- Demonstrated success in synthesis optimization, DFT implementation, logical equivalence checking, and test pattern generation.
- Technical proficiency with leading EDA platforms including Cadence suite (Genus, Modus, Conformal) and/or Synopsys environments.
- Strong coding skills in hardware description languages and scripting tools (Verilog, SystemVerilog, Tcl, Python).
- Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
