What you will do
- Set and achieve annual sales targets aligned with business growth objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership to define pursuit strategies and client messaging plans.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
- Align client business goals with industry-leading digital transformation solutions.
- Lead participation in RFPs and complex sales cycles.
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of proven sales experience in an IT consulting firm or product/platform company.
- Strong experience selling into the UK Public Sector.
- Demonstrated progressive achievement of increasing sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in English

- Experience working with global IT consulting firms
- Knowledge of UK public procurement frameworks
- Strong exposure to digital transformation initiatives across government bodies
- Established partner ecosystem relationships in the UK market
