Salary: $155,000–$175,000 (annual, for NYC-based applicants).

- Gather prospect feedback and collaborate with internal teams to shape the product roadmap.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and close deals, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Act as a trusted consultant and advisor to benefits executives and healthcare consultants.
- Become an expert on hirify.global’s products and presentations for prospective customers.
- Collaborate with team members, forecast accurately, and understand the competitive landscape to drive new business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling healthcare products or point solutions into employer groups.
- Demonstrated experience working for or with consulting firms who support employer evaluations of new benefits.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Outstanding communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Candidates must be based in the United States and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
