What you will do

• Deliver compelling customer presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution workshops (virtual and onsite).
• Translate customer business objectives into technical architectures and actionable solution designs.
• Lead technical discovery conversations focused on data protection, resilience, and cloud strategy.
• Conduct remote configuration reviews and provide consultative guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Licensing, and Product Management, incorporating field feedback into product evolution.
• Provide advanced technical enablement and support to channel partners.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in solution sales, technical presales, post-sales engineering, or advanced technical support.
• English and Spanish bilingual proficiency.
• Strong expertise in data protection technologies and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience with storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to travel 50–75% across Central America, The Caribbean and the USA. Visa is required.
