Finance Reporting Specialist

Location: Hybrid in Istanbul, Turkey (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

• Support the delivery of monthly consolidated financial reports (P&L, BS, CF).
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Review and analyze primary financial data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Perform account and variance analysis to support management understanding.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles from a reporting and data-validation perspective.
• Contribute to ERP system usage and improvements across businesses and locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, consolidation, or audit.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data analysis techniques).
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting or BI tools.

Nice to have

• Big 4 experience.
• Power Query skills in Excel.
• Experience with Acumatica ERP.
