Focus on hands-on work with the latest AI tools in real embedded development and learning end-to-end product development.

Location: On-site in Oulu, North Ostrobothnia, Finland. Candidate is expected to work on-site at the office throughout the traineeship.

Requirements

• Naturally think about software development in terms of using AI-assisted tools and workflows.
• Have hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code or similar) to design, implement, or debug software.
• Have done embedded or microcontroller projects where AI tools were actively used.
• Have basic knowledge of C/C++ and interest to grow your skills in embedded firmware development.
• Have a good problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
