Business Development Representative II: Developing quality lead pipelines of new and existing business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting and qualified meetings with an accent on proactive outreach activities and aligning with sales and marketing teams. Location: Full-time In Office Required in Tacoma, Washington, United States
Salary: $67,200 plus commissions

What you will do
- Initiate contact with potential leads using targeted outreach strategies and BANT criteria.
- Engage in proactive outreach to build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of technology to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Record and manage prospect interactions and progress within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to tailor outreach efforts and align on target markets.
- Oversee and sustain outbound efforts across multiple states within the designated region.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales role; software sales experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated success independently turning sales and marketing strategies into qualified leads
- Excellent working knowledge and experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6sense
- Motivation and a detail–orientated approach to your work
- Passion for sales and building relationships that put the customer or prospect first
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Political Science, International Relations) is required
