- Develop relationships with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs.
- Drive the recruitment process and deliver recruitment targets within agreed time frames.

- Share the employee value proposition to attract the right talent.
- Participate in recruitment and employer branding activities.
- Contribute to cross-border teamwork and share relevant information with the team.
Requirements
- Experience with in-house recruitment and sourcing.
- Sound knowledge of talent acquisition practices.
- Experience in tech environments, possibly IT consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering recruitment targets and managing stakeholder expectations.
- English: C1+ required and Danish language proficiency verbally and written.
- Skilled user of Word, PowerPoint, etc.
