What you will do

  • Develop relationships with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs.
  • Drive the recruitment process and deliver recruitment targets within agreed time frames.
  • Implement innovative ways to reach candidates and improve sourcing strategies.
  • Share the hirify.global employee value proposition to attract the right talent.
  • Participate in recruitment and employer branding activities.
  • Contribute to cross-border teamwork and share relevant information with the team.

Requirements

  • Experience with in-house recruitment and sourcing.
  • Sound knowledge of talent acquisition practices.
  • Experience in tech environments, possibly IT consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering recruitment targets and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • English: C1+ required and Danish language proficiency verbally and written.
  • Skilled user of Word, PowerPoint, etc.
