Creative Director, Copy (AI): Leading the definition of 's voice and narrative direction, shaping storytelling across campaigns and product launches with an accent on translating complex technology into clear, compelling human narratives. Focus on developing campaign ideas, messaging frameworks, and guiding creative work's voice and tone.
Location: This role is based in San Francisco, USA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees to San Francisco, USA.
Salary: $266,000–$295,000 + Offers Equity

What you will do
- Lead and shape storytelling across brand campaigns, launches, and cultural moments.
- Own narrative direction and creative concepting for key initiatives.
- Develop campaign ideas, messaging frameworks, and story systems that translate complex technology into compelling human narratives.
- Guide the voice, tone, and storytelling craft of creative work across channels.
- Partner deeply with design, motion, production, and agency teams to develop integrated creative concepts.
- Collaborate with Product, Research, Comms, and Marketing to translate capabilities and use cases into emotionally resonant storytelling.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in copywriting and creative leadership, gained at a creative agency and/or in-house at a modern technology company.
- Senior-level creative leader who has developed and led narrative strategy and campaign concepts.
- Strong conceptual mindset and the ability to shape big creative ideas that scale across multiple channels.
- Deep fluency in product storytelling and translating complex technologies into accessible narratives.
- Exceptional writer with a strong sense of voice, tone, rhythm, and structure.
- Experience leading cross-functional creative collaboration with design, production, strategy, and marketing teams.
Nice to have
- Experience leading integrated campaigns, product launches, or major brand initiatives.
- Background in editorial, long-form storytelling, or documentary work.
- Familiarity with brand systems, narrative frameworks, and multi-channel storytelling.
- Curiosity about AI, creativity, and the future of human expression.
