Senior Talent Partner: Driving the recruitment of outstanding talent for hirify.global's Commercial Teams across the UK and Europe, shaping and scaling hiring processes. Focus on improving recruitment processes, systems, and behaviours while providing an exceptional candidate experience and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Location: Hybrid, minimum of three days a week in the London office.

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting hiring managers to attract and select the right talent.
- Identify hiring needs, align recruitment strategies, and ensure seamless communication throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by establishing strong networks within industries across Europe.
- Partner with the Head of Talent to champion template responses, job adverts, and copy, ensuring they remain reflective of the hirify.global tone of voice.
- Support and guide other members of the Talent team to ensure best practice is adhered to.
- Coordinate with the wider People Team, ensuring seamless pre-boarding and induction experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrable recruitment experience, ideally from an agency background.
- Experience recruiting across the EU would be highly desirable, especially within Commercial roles in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Good working knowledge of relevant UK & EU Employment Law (i.e right to work).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the business.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
