What you will do

• Lead hirify.global Egypt recruitment as the main point of contact between HQ and local stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pools across different capabilities.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with active candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards and ensuring data accuracy.
• Monitor job market trends in Egypt and make recommendations for changes to recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures as required, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Be responsible for EDC Employer branding and handling relations between hirify.global Egypt and Universities/Schools/Institutes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or similar.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced agency or client setting.
• Track record for delivering high-impact customer experience and implementing new solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive recruiting initiatives and achieve goals.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• English: Advanced required.
