Senior Talent Acquisition (Technical): Reinforcing recruitment in Egypt, acting as the main point of contact between Headquarters in Portugal and local stakeholders, and building candidate pools. What you will do
- Lead Egypt recruitment as the main point of contact between HQ and local stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pools across different capabilities.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with active candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
- Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards and ensuring data accuracy.
- Monitor job market trends in Egypt and make recommendations for changes to recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures as required, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Be responsible for EDC Employer branding and handling relations between Egypt and Universities/Schools/Institutes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management or similar.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced agency or client setting.
- Track record for delivering high-impact customer experience and implementing new solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive recruiting initiatives and achieve goals.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- English: Advanced required.
