TL;DR

Account Partner (CRO): Managing strategic accounts and driving new business within the European life sciences customer base, with an accent on understanding and presenting Veeva RTSM solutions. Focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and navigating complex sales cycles in the clinical development process.

Location: Must be based in and eligible for employment in the EU. Preference for Paris, France. Veeva does not sponsor employment visas or relocation.

What you will do

  • Understand and present Veeva RTSM to inspire prospect interest.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across business and IT.
  • Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets.
  • Manage complex sales cycles utilizing internal and external resources.
  • Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing business challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or consultative selling with consistent advancement.
  • Understanding of RTSM/IRT/IVRS/IWRS/IXRS solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level.
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Be willing to travel as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Understanding of the clinical development process and the associated systems landscape.
  • History of leadership roles, professional or nonprofessional.
