What you will do

• Analyze Product & Marketing data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Sigma or similar BI tools.
• Develop predictive models to support business decision-making.
• Gather BI & business requirements, define roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead analytics projects end-to-end, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
• Mentor, support, and lead a small established team while remaining hands-on.

Requirements

• Comfortable mentoring team members and working collaboratively across all departments.
• Proven experience in BI, Business Analysis, and Marketing/Product analytics.
• Strong skills in dashboarding, reporting, and data visualization (Sigma or similar).
• Experience with predictive modeling and data analysis.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to balance strategy with execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, iGaming, or tech-driven consumer products.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytics tools.
