What you will do

• Manage and oversee direct reports working on negotiating commercial agreements.
• Act as an escalation point for direct reports and business line clients.
• Manage and oversee the legal engagement processes.
• Find and implement process efficiencies for commercial agreement management.
• Identify and mitigate or escalate legal risks.
• Act as a liaison between various stakeholder groups and business lines in connection with shaping and preparing commercial agreements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in law required.
• 5 years of experience in a contract negotiation or manager position required.
• A strong command of English required (C1+).
• Proficiency with workflow management tools like Monday.com and Jotform.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Qualified to practice law.
• 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience with crypto assets.
