What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate native cloud infrastructure and platform services for rapid, reliable application delivery.
• Build and maintain automated deployment, monitoring, and observability solutions to ensure high service availability.
• Drive infrastructure-as-code and configuration management improvements to reduce manual toil and increase developer productivity.
• Partner with architecture teams to define system designs, API patterns, and secure data flows.
• Integrate AI/ML-enabled solutions to optimize infrastructure performance, monitoring, and automated remediation workflows.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews to drive continuous operational excellence and reliability engineering.

Requirements

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent practical experience in software engineering or infrastructure.
• Extensive hands-on experience in native cloud environments operating production-scale systems end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD tooling, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployment provisioning.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot distributed systems using logs, metrics, and monitoring data.
• Strong proficiency in system design, networking, security controls, and API integration.
• Must be located in or able to work from London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with macOS build performance, resource allocation, and virtualization.
• Advanced AWS skills including compute, networking, and autoscaling.
• Experience with Bazel, Gradle Enterprise, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
