Salary: CAD $164,490 – $197,389

What you will do

• Develop product vision and roadmap for your product domain.
• Empathize with customer problems to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points.
• Represent user feedback to Engineering, providing evidence for tradeoffs and priorities.
• Collaborate with PMM to enable Go-To-Market strategies on product differentiation.
• Use deep product expertise to make decisions about GTM, pricing, and licensing.
• Drive integration quality for Knowledge Graph across existing and new Grafana Cloud products.
• Own KG Insights and define integration contracts for surfacing them in other squads' UIs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada (EST time zone)
• BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
• Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts.
• Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Systems-level thinker who understands platform leverage and architectural tradeoffs.
• Experience using or building observability products or with open source software.
• Experience with agents, telemetry collectors, or OpenTelemetry protocols.
