Location: Hybrid, requiring at least two days per week or 40% of time at one of the office sites in Jersey, Guernsey, or Isle of Man. This job is only available to candidates who are resident or have the right to work in Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man.

Salary: £51,777–£57,530 (Jersey/Guernsey) or £47,790–£53,100 (Isle of Man)

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and influencing skills to communicate with diverse audiences, including senior executives.
• Experience creating engaging social media content and growing organic followers.
• Expertise in data-driven marketing, interpreting performance data, and making budget recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation and storytelling skills.
• Residency or right to work in Jersey, Guernsey, or Isle of Man.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment with effective prioritisation.
