TL;DR

Senior UI/UX Designer (Fintech): Developing and implementing intuitive and appealing UI/UX concepts for financial products with an accent on user experience testing, UI library maintenance, and UX strategy development. Focus on creating complex interactive interfaces, conducting user research, and ensuring design adaptability across various platforms.

Location: On-site in Belgrade

What you will do

Develop and implement UI/UX concepts, conducting research and creating prototypes.
Conduct user experience testing and analyze user needs for product improvement.
Collaborate with development and product management teams to create and update products.
Develop, maintain, and support the UI components library and UX reference guide.
Provide expert evaluation and solutions for UI/UX-related problems, ensuring project storage structure in Figma.
Supervise products before launch and delegate tasks to junior designers when necessary.

Requirements

At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar UI/UX position.
Experience using modern approaches, including AI tools and technologies.
Demonstrated experience in creating complex interactive interfaces.
Excellent understanding of UX and UI principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Illustrator.
Experience in prototyping, user research, and understanding research methodologies, with ability to adapt designs for different platforms.

Nice to have

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS.
Experience working with Agile or Lean methodologies.
Experience working in an international environment, with international interfaces.
