What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance across hirify.global’s HCM platform for complex, cross-platform use cases.
• Design scalable, end-to-end solutions that connect multiple modules, advising on best practices for setup, scaling, adoption, and data quality.
• Lead strategic customer conversations, translating business needs into practical, value-driven solutions and guiding customers on ongoing optimization.
• Partner closely with Product and R&D to amplify the Voice of the Customer and support new feature releases.
• Build scalable frameworks, enablement programs, and best practices to drive consistent delivery and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solution Architect, Implementation Manager, Technical Consultant, or senior HR Operations.
• Strong HR domain knowledge with practical understanding of core HR business processes.
• Mandatory experience working with HR systems in a SaaS environment, designing solutions that balance customer needs with platform scalability.
• Customer-centric problem solver with a passion for understanding challenges and translating them into scalable, end-to-end solutions.
• Cross-functional collaborator, able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders and partner effectively with Product, Customer Success, and Enablement teams.
• Strategic and proactive mindset, aligning short-term solution design with long-term platform resilience, scalability, and product direction.

• Deep understanding of the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Familiarity with common HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
• Knowledge or practical experience with AI technologies and their application in business or HR contexts.
• Experience influencing product direction or contributing to roadmap discussions.
