What you will do

• Independently manage development projects and activities within assigned budget and time plans.
• Maximize output of D&Q development teams by effectively managing product and business stream backlogs.
• Inform and report to governance bodies to facilitate decisions and progress.
• Adapt hirify.global's internal processes and agile practices to suit specific development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Participate in agile events, helping teams follow Agile principles and continuously improve.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or equivalent in technology or product development, preferably within the food processing industry.
• Skills in applied Agile principles and Scrum methodology, with solid Project Manager experience.
• BSc in Engineering is preferred.
• PMI certification and experience from waterfall projects.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
