Location: Onsite in Baghdad, Iraq. This role adopts a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for graphics projects based on briefs and marketing objectives.
• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for various platforms.
• Develop and execute design strategies for social media platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook).
• Collaborate with the Art Director and creative/social teams on visual & content strategies.
• Evaluate and optimize graphics performance using analytics and user feedback.
• Leverage AI tools to expedite the creative process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related fields (preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in graphics design, styles, and techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• English: B2 required.
