Job description
TL;DR
Senior Graphic Designer (Motion Graphics, AI): Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating high-quality motion graphics for various platforms with an accent on enhancing brand visual identity and audience engagement. Focus on developing creative concepts, executing design strategies for social media, and leveraging AI tools to expedite the creative process.
Location: Onsite in Baghdad, Iraq. This role adopts a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for graphics projects based on briefs and marketing objectives.
- Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for various platforms.
- Develop and execute design strategies for social media platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook).
- Collaborate with the Art Director and creative/social teams on visual & content strategies.
- Evaluate and optimize graphics performance using analytics and user feedback.
- Leverage AI tools to expedite the creative process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related fields (preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in graphics design, styles, and techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- English: B2 required.
