BI Analyst (Data Analytics)

Location: This role requires candidates to be based in Gurgaon, Dehli NCR and work on a CET shift.

What you will do

• Proactively identify and collect analytical, tooling, and reporting needs from stakeholders (Finance, Sales Operations, FP&A).
• Support, develop, and maintain self-service automated reporting using Power BI, Python, or other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to continuously improve customer centricity, user functionality, and reporting outputs.
• Monitor and maintain current reporting processes and ensure data integrity across different systems and platforms.
• Incorporate feature requests and new tools into the product roadmap based on business needs to optimize processes.
• Provide daily support to finance and business teams on issues and blockers, and coordinate training for end-users.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working within BI, Data analytics, or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science) or Business/Finance with equivalent experience.
• SQL proficiency is required.
• Experience working with Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Background in Python, Tableau, Databricks, Vertica, Hive/Hadoop, MS SQL Studio.
• Previous Databricks experience is a big plus.
