User Experience Designer III (Design Systems)

What you will do

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure design feasibility and system alignment.
• Maintain and contribute to the core Figma Design System to ensure consistency across all products.
• Manage holistic design tokens and systems architecture in partnership with frontend development teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for the design system to facilitate consumption by other designers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and design practices to continuously optimize design workflows and outputs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in digital product design roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building, scaling, or maintaining design systems in production.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including component management, design tokens, and collaborative workflows.
• Proven ability to design for both desktop and mobile platforms with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first work.
• Working knowledge of semantic HTML and modern CSS to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with prototyping tools like Framer.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and patterns.
• Skills in UI animation using CSS, JavaScript, or motion design tools.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for design system workflows.
