HR Business Processes Analyst
Focus: HR systems, analytics, and process excellence
Key Requirements
— Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
— Deep understanding of the full HR lifecycle in a tech company
— Experience in system analysis and BPM
— General SQL knowledge
— Experience building dashboards using modern BI tools
— Process mapping and documentation (BPMN or similar)
— Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
— Strong stakeholder communication skills (HR, IT, business)
— Workday or SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus
Head of Global Mobility
Focus: Internal mobility, succession, and performance frameworks
Key Responsibilities
— Design promotion and internal mobility frameworks
— Build succession planning models and career ladders
— Develop performance review models for tech and executive (CEO-1) roles
— Lead talent calibration and annual talent review cycles
— Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders on talent strategy
— Drive end-to-end implementation of talent initiatives
— Build dashboards to track talent pipeline health and outcomes
Head of Corporate University
Focus: Leadership development and high-potential programs
Key Responsibilities
— Build an internal Hi-Po pool for key tech and leadership roles
— Assess talent potential in tech environments (mandatory experience)
— Design learning architecture for target talent pools
— Launch leadership development programs (mid & senior level)
— Measure learning effectiveness and ROI
— Partner with CPO, CTO, and leadership to align capability strategy with business goals
