Director, Finance (M&A)

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote) in Raanana, Israel.

What you will do

• Lead the finance workstream throughout the entire M&A lifecycle, from due diligence to post-acquisition financial governance.
• Partner with Corporate Development and Legal on deal structuring, financial modeling, and accounting implications of M&A.
• Drive post-merger integration activities, including process and systems alignment and reporting consolidation.
• Lead complex accounting initiatives such as new accounting standards, system implementations, and policy enhancements.
• Support SOX-related activities, internal control enhancements, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure financial governance, operational alignment, and data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, accounting, or transaction services, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Hands-on M&A experience, including due diligence, purchase accounting, and post-merger integration.
• Proven experience managing teams within a global, complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, consolidation, technical accounting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with executive stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
