What you will do

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, harmonization, and segmentation.
• Design and manage data models and mappings to support a unified customer view.
• Enable Agentforce and AI use cases by ensuring Data Cloud is properly structured, enriched, and efficient.
• Partner with CRM, analytics, and integration teams to ingest data from internal and external sources.
• Define and manage calculated insights, data transformations, and segmentation logic within Data Cloud.
• Monitor Data Cloud performance, usage, costs, and consumption-based metrics, advising IT leadership on roadmap implications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data, analytics, or CRM-related roles.
• Participation in at least one Salesforce Data Cloud implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and data-related components.
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts (APIs, batch ingestion, real-time data flows, data transformation).
• Experience with customer data platforms, data lakes, or similar orchestration solutions.
• Experience supporting AI, predictive analytics, or next best action use cases.
