What you will do

• Act as the primary functional interface with Germany commercial, medical, and analytics stakeholders.
• Provide deep functional input on the German oncology market, with strong emphasis on Radioligand Therapy (RLT).
• Translate business questions into clear functional requirements for Data Scientists and analytics teams.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies across data, analytics, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support value tracking and storytelling around analytics-driven outcomes.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting, commercial excellence, or analytics enablement.
• Strong experience working with Germany pharma market.
• Proven experience in Oncology, preferably with RLT exposure.
• Ability to work closely with Data Scientists and AI teams.
• Strong grasp of how advanced analytics, ML, and AI are applied in commercial pharma.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with global pharma clients (Novartis experience is a strong plus).
