What you will do
- Identify and map top-tier passive candidates for active and future roles across Engineering, Product, GTM, and specialized domains.
- Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, referral mining, and creative outreach.
- Pre-screen candidates to assess basic fit and interest level before passing to Talent Partners.
- Track pipeline metrics, conduct competitive research, and share market intelligence.
- Cultivate relationships with passive candidates and build talent communities for hard-to-fill specializations.
- Organize community initiatives to attract passive talent and maintain regular touchpoints.
Requirements
- 3+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related roles with a proven track record of finding hard-to-find candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to source for technical or specialized roles (engineering, product, deep-tech, or niche domains).
- Experience building proactive talent pipelines in advance of open roles.
- Track record in high-growth or early-stage environments (startups, scale-ups).
- English: B2 required.
