What you will do
- Own and lead several large client brands or portfolios as the account lead.
- Influence client-side decision-making by providing strategic recommendations.
- Oversee account financial stewardship, including estimates, SOWs, forecasts, and revenue goals.
- Foster collaboration for innovative client solutions and business growth.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure organized delivery and effective creative reviews.
- Mentor junior staff and provide clear account narratives to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an account lead, overseeing accounts totaling $4-6M+ in agency fee.
- Expertise in all aspects of a client’s business, category, channels, and audiences.
- Masterful communication skills, combining listening, speaking, and business writing.
- Ability to identify cautionary client/project concerns and provide proactive solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams and extended client teams.
- Accountability for all aspects of projects and ensuring strategic rationale within assigned brands.
