What you will do

• Own predictive intelligence within LSC to support business use cases (e.g., next best HCP, next best message).
• Define and maintain predictive scores, rules, and thresholds used across sales, marketing, and medical workflows.
• Leverage Data Cloud insights, historical CRM data, and external data to build predictive intelligence.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify high-impact predictive use cases.
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, and business impact over time.
• Ensure predictive logic complies with all internal compliance standards, medical/legal requirements, and data privacy regulations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data science, or advanced analytics, preferably within Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with predictive modeling, scoring, and decision engines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, or CRM Analytics.
• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven decision logic.
• Experience in regulated industries preferred (pharma/life sciences).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications and Agent force experience are a plus (Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce certified business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Agent force Specialist).
