What you will do
- Lead strategic recommendations and client-side decision-making.
- Oversee accounts totaling $4-6M+ in agency fee.
- Provide clear and proactive POVs on brand milestones, competitors, or market events.
- Foster collaboration for innovative client solutions and grow the client's business.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure an organized delivery of effective and engaging creative reviews of assets.
- Identify opportunities for live interactions to ensure the best possible client impression of the agency.
Requirements
- Expertise in all aspects of a client’s business, across channels/audiences.
- Authoritative and strategic mindset when meeting with the team, agency leaders, or clients.
- Masterful communicator with listening, speaking, and business writing skills.
- Ability to identify cautionary client/project concerns and escalate to senior agency leadership.
