What you will do

• Manage end-to-end change/adoption projects, ensuring new tools are fully integrated and used by end users.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for client transformation projects.
• Create and deliver communications to end users (newsletters, posters, leaflets, video scripts, training guides).
• Build and run gamification campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including UX specialists, project managers, and graphic teams.
• Work with international clients and senior managers focused on successful tool adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience (project managers, marketing professionals, or UX specialists are welcome to pivot).
• Tech-curious mindset, excited about leading IT projects involving modern technologies.
• People-first approach with strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proactive, solution-oriented consultant attitude.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (certifications are a plus).
• Fluent English for communicating with international clients and colleagues (French or German a plus).
