What you will do

• Set and manage team targets aligned with hirify.global and Apps direction.
• Lead and manage the SKH FSA team, including people management and staffing optimization.
• Develop and implement technical skill and knowledge management plans for the team.
• Understand customer business priorities and lead the team to resolve critical OVL/CD/Productivity issues.
• Interface with customers to address and effectively close their feedback (VOCs).
• Extract key insights from VOCs and engage with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• More than 8+ years of experience in a semiconductor environment (preferably in lithography, patterning, or metrology).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Optics, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Electronics, Mechatronics, Semiconductor).
• Strong leadership skills to achieve team goals and develop team members.
• Logical thinking to lead discussions, define problems, and identify root causes.
• Technical expertise in hirify.global hardware/software products or customer processes.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written) and Native in Korean.

Nice to have

• An advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.).
• Experience in statistical data analysis.
