What you will do

• Provide Level 2 application support, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in line with SLAs.
• Perform job monitoring, batch support, and interface validations.
• Develop and maintain programs using RPG and CLP on AS400.
• Work on minor enhancements, bug fixes, CR implementations, and optimize existing programs.
• Investigate recurring issues, support root cause analysis, and provide technical inputs for long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, QA teams, and infrastructure teams on daily support calls and incident reviews.
• Prepare technical documents, SOPs, and support guides, ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in application development or L2 support.
• Strong hands-on experience in RPG and CLP programming on AS400.
• Good understanding of AS400/DB2 job management, batch processing, and file structures.
• English language proficiency (B2).

Nice to have

• Exposure to Mainframe or Open Systems.
• Knowledge of Core Banking processes (BWC preferred).
