What you will do

• Define, estimate, and plan a detailed approach to analysis work streams.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops or discovery sessions.
• Convert business domain needs into effective IT solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical resources to ensure complete solutions.
• Capture detailed requirements from business users and stakeholders, documenting them into user stories or business specifications.
• Provide onsite monitoring and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in business analysis with a track record of delivering successful IT solutions in complex multi-regional environments.
• Experience estimating and planning analysis work streams.
• Experience designing and working with structured frameworks for analysis.
• Ability to complete User stories, Business Specifications, Use cases, Functional Specifications, Workflow Diagrams, Gap Analysis, Business Case, and ROI Analysis documents.
• Passion for analysis and awareness of best-in-class practices across the insurance industry.
• Technical knowledge to understand architecture, development, and systems.
