TL;DR

Third Party Risk Management Specialist: Operational control of third-party and inter-company risk processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Focus on conducting due diligence assessments, reviewing risk analyses for outsourcing requirements, and optimizing risk management procedures.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in Romania (Bucharest or Remote within Romania).

What you will do

  • Operational control of third-party and inter-company risk processes, ensuring compliance and serving as an interface between departments and the 2nd line of defense.
  • Conduct due diligence assessments for supplier onboarding and monitoring, including commercial risks, CSR, ethics, and sanctions.
  • Review risk analyses from departments, focusing on outsourcing requirements related to risk, business continuity, regulatory law, information security, and data protection.
  • Support and advise departments on third-party and inter-company risk processes and their requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting to Procurement or the 2nd Line of Defense, and create topic-related presentations.
  • Advance and optimize first-line third-party and inter-company risk processes, considering legal regulations and company standards.

Requirements

  • German Language is a must.
  • Bachelor or Master degree with career aspirations towards finance and IT.
  • High level of attention to detail is essential.
  • High level of organization and planning, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and concisely on all subjects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and applications.
