Location: Remote within the United States. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

What you will do
- Operate as a technical leader and end-to-end owner of complex marketing measurement problems.
- Combine rigorous statistical thinking with scalable engineering practices to deliver durable measurement systems.
- Help hirify.global advance toward a modern marketing science framework.
- Ensure models are reproducible, monitored, and decision-ready, with insights translating directly into business action.
- Build scalable models and experimentation frameworks to inform budget allocation, channel/creative strategy, and ROI optimization.
Requirements
- MS with 5+ years of industry experience in data science, applied science, or marketing analytics; OR 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or growth data science.
- Strong expertise in causal inference and statistical modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
- Experience building analyses or models repeatedly used for business decisions.
- Experience working with large-scale, noisy datasets (e.g., clickstream, media data, multi-terabyte sources).
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Work authorization for the United States is required.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
- Deep experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and geo-experiments.
- Expertise in incrementality and uplift modeling.
- Experience building scalable experimentation or modeling platforms.
- Practical MLOps experience (model versioning, monitoring, reproducibility, shared codebase collaboration).
- Experience with tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, Tableau, or Looker.
- Understanding of privacy shifts (cookie deprecation, signal loss) and their impact on marketing measurement.
- Experience supporting both B2C and B2B marketing strategies and mentoring or coaching other data scientists.
