What you will do
- Facilitate and co-facilitate development workshops and new employee sessions, creating psychologically safe learning environments.
- Coordinate and support the employee mentorship program including matching, orientations, and community building.
- Provide personalized learner support and coaching to help employees set development goals and reflect on experiences.
- Build and engage learning communities through peer sessions and informal events.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve program experiences and facilitation techniques.
- Oversee AI-augmented operational tasks, ensuring human judgment in exceptions and communication quality.
Requirements
- Must be based in Austin, Eau Claire, or Minneapolis with ability to work onsite periodically
- Entry-level position; no prior L&D or HR experience required.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills or strong interest in developing them.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred fields include Education, Psychology, Communications, HR, or Organizational Development.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting in dynamic environments.
- English proficiency at least B2 (job posting language is English)

- Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting others' development.
- Facilitation or coaching/mentorship training or willingness to pursue.
