Salary: $44,000 - $72,000 USD

What you will do

• Facilitate and co-facilitate development workshops and new employee sessions, creating psychologically safe learning environments.
• Coordinate and support the employee mentorship program including matching, orientations, and community building.
• Provide personalized learner support and coaching to help employees set development goals and reflect on experiences.
• Build and engage learning communities through peer sessions and informal events.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve program experiences and facilitation techniques.
• Oversee AI-augmented operational tasks, ensuring human judgment in exceptions and communication quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin, Eau Claire, or Minneapolis with ability to work onsite periodically
• Entry-level position; no prior L&D or HR experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills or strong interest in developing them.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred fields include Education, Psychology, Communications, HR, or Organizational Development.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting in dynamic environments.
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posting language is English)

• Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting others' development.
• Facilitation or coaching/mentorship training or willingness to pursue.
