What you will do

• Manage the quote-to-close process for customer renewals 120 to 90 days in advance of the due date.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals related to retention, growth, and term extension of existing contracts.
• Partner with Customer Success to assess customer health and drive appropriate renewal strategies.
• Maintain and report an accurate forecast of renewals within your assigned book.
• Identify and escalate “at-risk” renewal clients to mitigate contraction and churn.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel and alliance partners to identify joint opportunities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience.
• Proven track record of success and over-achievement of renewal quotas.
• Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models.
• Experience in a SaaS revenue organization (Sales, CSM, or prior renewals team).
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and ChurnZero.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment.
