Agency Development Partnerships Manager: Managing strategic relationships between , the world’s largest Holding Companies, and their clients. Focus on executing, monitoring, and optimizing partnership programs, as well as upleveling media and creative thinking.
Location: NYC strongly preferred. Open to candidates within the tri-state area, provided they can regularly commute to ’s NYC office and agency partner offices.
Salary: $164,000 - $230,400 USD

What you will do
- Act as a liaison between the assigned Holding Company, Holding Company Lead, and .
- Support the development of Agency Development’s annual and quarterly strategic plan.
- Define educational approaches and develop compelling educational programs.
- Track progress against ’s annual endeavor goals and suggest areas for optimization.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, measurement, and insights teams.
- Act as an ambassador and advisor for within the industry.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partnership sales, agency digital media buying, and/or client planning.
- Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through challenges.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with agency holding companies and the agency landscape.
