Salary: $128,775–$151,500 USD annual base

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and leadership to develop product and technical roadmaps.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code for crypto-forward products and features.
• Solve unique, large-scale, and highly complex technical problems.
• Bridge constraints between web-scale applications and blockchain technology.
• Build next-generation systems to make cryptocurrency accessible globally.
• Operate real-time applications with high frequency, low latency, and secure dockerized cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Available to begin employment immediately.
• 1 year of experience in software engineering/development.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
• Excited about hard problems and committed to personal growth.
• Passionate about building an open financial system.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang, MongoDB, AWS, Docker, Postgres, Ruby, Rails, or React Native.
• Degree or certificate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
