Responsibilities:
• Design and develop production systems based on LLMs
• Implement retrieval pipelines and integrate AI agents
• Optimize latency and response quality
• Develop backend services (Python, FastAPI)
• Implement MLOps practices
• Conduct code reviews and participate in discussions

Requirements:
• 5–7+ years in backend / ML / AI
• Strong proficiency in Python (async, API design)
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Experience building RAG systems
• Understanding of embeddings and vector search
• Experience with Docker and cloud deployment

Optional:
• Experience developing multi-agent systems
• Experience with fine-tuning (LoRA, adapters)
• Experience working with LangChain / LlamaIndex
• Understanding of AI security and governance
