What you will do
- Provide expert financial performance narratives, transforming complex data into clear, high-level insights for senior audiences.
- Partner with ECS Finance and non-Finance teams to build and deliver financial information across budget cycles.
- Manage and analyze ECS financial performance, including P&L, Balance Sheet views, and related governance requirements.
- Support month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and contributing to FP&A processes.
- Oversee headcount reporting, especially contractors and outsourced roles, and lead monthly calls with partners.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including month-end processes, forecasting, reporting modeling, GL, and budget management.
- English: C1+ required (Advanced level).
- Proficiency in Excel and familiar with financial systems and tools such as Oracle, OBIEE, Tableau, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, and SmartView.
- Experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and P&L analysis.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings for a range of different audiences and work with all organizational levels.
