What you will do

• Lead critical, cross-organizational technical programs, partnering with executive leaders and engineering teams.
• Influence technical priorities and investment decisions across multiple domains, aligning with enterprise strategy.
• Drive large-scale, transformational initiatives across complex technical ecosystems.
• Define and execute high-quality program plans, managing risks and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Apply technical judgment to guide execution, trade-offs, and decision-making for software and platform technologies.
• Establish and evolve technical program management best practices and mentor other TPMs.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale technical programs within highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, development lifecycles, and modern engineering practices like Agile.
• Ability to translate business and technology strategy into executable programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
• Experience using data to assess program health, identify risks, and drive decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
