What you will do

• Resolve IAM-related incidents and serve as an escalation point for junior engineers.
• Monitor observability, AIOps, and event management platforms to identify IAM anomalies.
• Perform incident triage and correlation for root cause analysis.
• Validate automated remediation workflows and identify manual IAM tasks for automation.
• Document remediation steps, patterns, and operational edge cases for early-stage automation and AI-readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents across authentication, authorization, provisioning, and access lifecycle workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IAM operations, identity platforms, or related IT operations roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, SSO, provisioning, and identity lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience supporting Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID in an enterprise environment.
• Solid understanding of incident management, event correlation, and operational troubleshooting methodologies.
