What you will do
- Own and manage Komodo's conference and event calendar, evaluating sponsorship and participation opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end execution of company presence at trade shows, field events, and Komodo Summit.
- Design the attendee experience across all touchpoints, including booth, on-site activations, and executive dinners.
- Manage all logistics, including venue sourcing, contracting, F&B, AV production, and on-site staffing.
- Partner with revenue marketing and product marketing to align event strategy, promotion, content, and pipeline coordination.
- Define and track KPIs, deliver post-event reports, and build event playbooks to optimize future investments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B event management experience with a strong track record in trade shows and owned field events.
- Healthcare, life sciences, or health tech experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to handle chaos with resilience and maintain relentless attention to detail.
- Deeply operational experience, personally owning RFPs, venue contracts, BEOs, AV production, and budget management for large-scale programs.
- Strong collaboration skills to align sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States.
