What you will do

• Design diverse digital, online web/mobile, and print assets (emails, visual-aids, websites, brochures, video snippets, posters, logos, web banners, interactive PDFs, e-learning modules).
• Develop artwork for multichannel assets and communicate ideas for continuous improvement with strong stakeholder communication.
• Ensure a consistent level of creative quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain brand and program identity throughout project execution, primarily using existing templates.
• Apply responsive design principles and web technologies to enhance digital assets.
• Drive the development of creative assets tailored for omnichannel strategies.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of digital and print design experience, ideally including User Interface design.
• Significant expertise with Full Adobe suite (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Proficient with business English and native German oral and written fluency.
• Graduate/post-graduate with relevant years of experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in working with design systems and Figma.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated industry.
• Working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects).
• Familiarity with/working knowledge of UI/UX Design.
• Experience working within a project management system such as Jira.
