What you will do
- Collaborate with local marketing leadership to drive adoption of content services and ensure delivery of agreed content types.
- Triage new content requests and assign them to the offshore team using Jira.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of content, maintaining open dialogue for feedback.
- Engage with global omnichannel delivery teams and partner suppliers.
- Lead complex internal content projects as a project manager, linking requesters with production teams.
- Prioritize work and establish delivery schedules to meet client needs and team capacity.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience, ideally with agency and client-side mix, and pharma/life science exposure.
- Bachelor's degree in design, communication, marketing, computer science, or information systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of design, web development, and print production processes.
- Proven program management experience, including risk mitigation and planning.
- Familiarity with project management systems like Jira.
- Native Italian language proficiency with business level written and verbal English.
