Vendor Management Intern: Supporting daily processes and ad hoc projects within the Vendor Management Office (VMO) to build foundational functions for long-term success with an accent on continuous support, coordination, and administrative tasks. Focus on critical thinking, problem-solving, and contributing new ideas for process improvement.
Location: Hybrid, based in Toronto, Canada, with a convenient downtown Toronto office located minutes away from Union Station.
Salary: $21 to $23 hourly

What you will do
- Support foundational Vendor Management Office (VMO) work to ensure long-term success.
- Provide continuous support and coordination for key activities and initiatives.
- Consult with cross-functional internal stakeholders for project execution.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative activities, tasks, and deliverables.
- Manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities to ensure task and project execution.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Strong critical thinking, logical reasoning, and informed decision-making abilities.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources.
- Proactive mindset, seeking opportunities for process improvement and new ideas.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management & organizational skills.
- Currently completing an undergraduate degree from a creditable Canadian institution with a focus on Business, Finance, Operations & Logistics, or a similar program.
Nice to have
- Intern experience in the payments, fintech, or financial institution industry.
- Familiarity or previous experience with SharePoint, Copilot, and CRM Software (Salesforce).
