TL;DR

Custom Animation Intern (Animation): Aid in producing premium content for DreamWorks films and TV across business units with an accent on administrative support, asset tracking, and production documentation. Focus on attending dailies and reviews, maintaining clearance logs, and assisting with layouts for submissions.

Location: Hybrid in Glendale, California (must be willing to work in Glendale, CA; provide own relocation, housing, and transportation; authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship; minimum 4 days per week in office).

Compensation: USD 17.87 hourly

What you will do

• Attend dailies and reviews, take notes in meetings, handle scheduling.
• Track asset delivery and confirmations.
• File storyboards, animatics, and early development content.
• Monitor and maintain clearance logs.
• Assist with layout and design of documents for reviews and submissions.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work in Glendale, California and provide own relocation, housing, and transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Knowledge of office management software (Excel, Word, Gmail, etc.).
• Pursuing Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree (or recent grad within 6 months) in Film/Cinema, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or similar.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice to have

• Experience working at an animation, graphics, or game studio.
• Technical knowledge in software such as Maya, Nuke.
• Confident, proactive with excellent communication skills.
